Service Terms & Warranty :
• 7 days warranty — 1 free replacement during the warranty period.
• The warranty starts when the service is delivered and lasts for the agreed period.
• During the warranty, the client can replace accounts for technical issues, as agreed per service.
• After warranty, Otyss is not responsible for loss of access. Client must change passwords and secure all assets (Profiles, BMs, Pages, Ad Accounts).
• Once the warranty period has expired, Otyss disclaims responsibility for any technical issues that may arise with the accounts.
